Twice a month, Smoke City Proz BBQ transforms into the Smoke City Supper Club, bringing an elevated fine-dining experience to the NAS JRB Fort Worth community.

Our Supper Club features a specially curated menu with chef-prepared entrées such as Smoked Seared Lamb Chops and Cajun Shrimp, paired with elevated sides, specialty beverages, and decadent desserts. Each Supper Club is designed to offer something beyond our everyday BBQ menu—a relaxed, upscale dining experience without having to leave the base.
